Upward Architecture completed a renovation of a single-family residence in West Seattle. The project addressed water damage to the existing flat roof and compromised framing, replacing the damaged roof structure with new pre-manufactured wood trusses that match the existing hip roof on the western portion of the house.

Interior modifications included a kitchen renovation and new upper-floor bathroom, with corresponding plumbing rerouting on the lower floor. A new interior shear wall was added per structural requirements.

Veronica managed the project documentation in Revit, producing all permit drawings and coordinating with the structural engineer through the city submission process.
